So those times are for both days? Is it free to watch? I might be interested

Also, is it hard to find? Is there signs by the road or anything? Thanx

$10 a day for adults and 5 for kids, for all of those who think it is too much you can go to pomona and pay $50 for the same cars and only see them run once. we run both days all day. yes there will be signs, it is right off the 371 you can't miss it.

Is this just on public land or is it at a complex or what?

I went to this a few years ago. If it's the same race/location it is run in a wash not too far from the Casino out there. It was the first sand drag I had been to in years and it was pretty fun. The top fuel was pretty cool - seeing a staggered Goodyear paddle throw a serious roost is a sight to see. It was pretty funny because if I remember correctly there were kids "dragging" on 50's and small quads. If you aren't prerunning the 1000... going to the Baja Havasu... you outta go check out the drags.

Jeff, it is in a different location, check the map, not the Soboba casino, the cahullia(sp) casino.

We have kids as little a 4yrs old and teams up to 3 fuel dragsters compete. Check out the pictures attached of the kids, and especially the DUAL Tired Dragster, it has 4 36" paddles turned by 3000+ hp the whole earth shakes when this thing runs. If any of you are familiar with Larry Minor, him and his click are frequent flyers at our events, and he has the all tube chassis glamis jeeps with Nascar motors on NO2. I think there are 8 of them now. There are a couple of them in the pics.

Here are one of the jeeps, the first one.

Also the dual tire cars cover the 100yrds in about 2.3 sec and our current record for singles is 2.69 at 157mph.

An example would be as follows... [image] http://www.yourpicture.com [/image] but without any spaces between the [image] and the actual address.

Read the FAQ - it answers all! Click on the link that talks about adding html to your post.

Went late Sunday (2:30PM) in the mom's 300M with the gf. Waited until the top fuelers ran. Felt it more than I heard it and smiled all the way home (first time I have seen a top fuel car run). Nuff said.

Actually, I have a question to anyone that went. What kind of engines were the heeps runnin'? And what kind of engine was in that small black drag rail - he was the one who would hit the rev limiter during staging and power shift through every gear. Sounded awesome and he was fast.

I think that one had a little four cylinder Honda motor, I don't know what kind though. I thought I heard someone say Accord, but I am not sure. You could see it was a four banger though. ACID RAIN28 was the guy running the drags, so ask him. I was there Saturday and there weren't too many cars, but I think we got there too late to see some of them. There wasn't as big of a turn out as I thought there would be, probably because of the location, Anza= bumf#*k egypt. Atleast there are drags again in California again, instead of Vegas every time. Nothing like Saboba ( San Jacinto) though, those were some good times.

DIRT'S FOR RACING, PRERUNNERS ARE FOR GETTING THERE!
