As a spectator my point of view holds limited weight.
I thought the way BITD does/did things where qualifying is for multiple classes and all qualifiers start in front of the regularly scheduled classes made a lot of sense.

Again I never raced in those classes; hence no clue how its received by those with skin in the game.

Start TT, Class 1 and Spec TT by qualifying order. But if that's how its done and Class 10 qualifies, they are going to feel left out.
Good thing Class 10's can enter into Class 1 IF they want to run with the big dogs.

For what reason? Word from the top is that this will not happen at least this year. So, no need to waste any more bandwidth on the subject. ONE, spec beat us by 2 minutes, and we had 40 minutes down time. Our GPS showed 145 MPH during the race. Not one TT Spec came close to that.

I think they should. Let the fast people run with each other regardless of class. TT, C1 and Spec. I'm a big C10 guy but i think they are too light to be mixed in....dont crucify me please

TT Spec winner beat Class 1 winner. (OK maybe that was a fluke?)
Top 6 TT Spec finsihed ahead of 2nd Class 1.
Top 13 TT spec finished ahead of 5th Class 1.
Seems that in general the Class 1 are slower than the TT Specs now.
For sure the TT Spec class has more hard charging competitive drivers now than Class 1.
TT Spec heavier or at least similar weight to Class 1.
History be damned, time for a change? Class 1 is not what it used to be.

Wait till you see what the Class 1 coalition has in the works. We are all working on our programs and have some exciting things to announce soon that will help to breath the excitement back into Class 1. Stay tuned.

Just this week, Parkhouse Motorsports, Wilson Motorsports, and RPI Racing have worked together to come up with an exciting new development for class 1. Working the details and talking with the powers that be. Hope to make announcements soon.

It’s ironic that you guys are debating on what four wheel vehicles should start where based on speed and weight yet everyone including SCORE turns a blind eye on the handlebar classes being in front of the Trophy Trucks. Absolutely astonishing!

Dan, How sketchy is it to come on to a bike in a TT? I would imagine its something you do not look forward to.

Plus aren't the guys caught by the first Cars/Trucks the slowest of the bikes; the ones with the least amount of racing experience?
