MOAPA integrity media will be sponsoring tow money for the teams that have a long tow to the snore 250 . Moapa integrity media will reimburse any team that tows over 350 miles to the SNORE 250 $250 to cover fuel and travel time. To qualify the driver of record must reside 350 miles from primm and tow 350 miles to primm and sign up for the snore 250 . Mileage will be figured by goggle maps one gas receipt from over 350 miles away the week before the race will be needed for reimbursement . The Moapa team has said they want all of the teams that race off road to have a change to race the RACERS RACE and this extra money should help the long haul teams make it .

Where is this on their web site? I was unable to find it. Just trying to verify before committing to the haul. Sound great as long as it is legit.

It's legit, To qualify the driver of record must reside 350 miles from primm and tow 350 miles to primm and sign up for the snore 250 and race . Mileage will be figured by goggle maps one gas receipt from over 350 miles away the week before the race will be needed.

Week before? I am not understanding this "one gas receipt from over 350 miles away the week before the race will be needed" part.

I don't get it, they will pay you to haul over 350 miles to get you there but will not share the purse if you have not raced the last two races:rolleyes:

we will see how the borr race treats us this next weekend to decide if we will be down, sounds like just the bonus we needed to make it to the race.

you can share the purse , but not the bonus . should have raced the mint 400 and midnight
If I had a fraction of RG's $'s to spend I would have. I understand it is nice to keep the bonus for the those loyal to Snore but what about the ones' that just get to race a few times a year. When funds are tight you might as well race the least expense races with the best payout. I remember coming to the Snore 250 one year with a 10 car for the 10k first overall and of course all the local class one ringers that rarely race Snore showed up. Kind of funny when Coast Casinos put up the money and Pat Dean won it. I know it is not this simple but kind of seemed like they planned it that way. Anyways I had a great time and Snore has always been a pleasure to race with.

FYI - The Midnight Special cost the same as all thew rest of the SNORE races except the Mint. We already had as one of the 4 races we were doign this year. When the bonus was announced we switched our schedule to try and make both races. We are not SNORE regulars and have lower budgets then most people out there.
