SNORE or SCORE Sportsman calss?

Does SNORE or SCORE have a sportsman class? A friend has a Baja Bug with a 1600 motor but its not quit a 5/1600 car he says so he asked me this question and I have no idea. Thanks guys.

Both have a Sportsman class. In fact, just about all organizers offer a Sportsman class.

That's about right. It's also a catch-all for cars that don't quite fit into any other class.

Yes, snore has a sportsman class. It sounds like the baja bug would fit into sportsman limited. the rules are simple no coilovers and 1600 cc the entry fee for sportsman at snore is $25. There is usually 7 to 10 cars in the class.

Wow sounds like SNORE is the way for him to go. Does contingency sponsers pay in the sportsman class? Right now I have raced Whiplash and the Contigency Prizes don't go to the smaller class cars or trucks.
