Sparco seat mounts

Does anybody happen to have cut file for sparco side mounts?

Can you mount these seats using two tabs on each side or does the side plate need to be one piece? I wouldnt mind the cut file either, but looking to mount the seat using a tubular seat adjuster like poly's.
