Swayaway vs stock german axles

Is everyone buying swa axles? Is it worth the extra money rather than just pulling a set of axles from a donor trans?

It all depends on how often you have your trans serviced. You can also buy expensive race axles at about $800 a pair. I’ve heard they are nearly impossible to break and can be straightened too but I have no experience with them. I have stock axles in my trans right now. I’ve heard they last just as long as the new swat away axles but I have yet to test that also.
