Great questions! Same ones I have. I cannot understand why TORC has not been giving out any information on this track. Little or no photos little no weekly updates. Everyone is running gun shy after the race being canceled at the very last minute last year and anyone who had made plans (rooms, airfair,Ect.) left holding the bag.
I only wish they would have given this new track and race as much attention as they did to the new Sturgis track last year! I will also be there for both days I just hope we are on here Monday talking about a great race and a great new track.
yes, you should definetly have a "plan b".i got hung out last year(vacation days taken, room booked,etc..), then found out the week before it was cancelled, and had to go.but the good news is there'e plenty to do, and a lot is free(zoo, a-b tour,etc.).but i'm going to try again this year, and hope for the best.
Was there all weekend also. Great racing Sunday! Track is a little tight. Thought there was a good fan turnout considering how bad the weather was Saturday and the forecast for Sunday was rain again. Will be there next year. Lets hope Mother Nature corporates next year!
