I am installing an AutoMeter Tach. It needs to be adjusted to my cylinder range. Is a 22RE a 1 pulse or 2 pulse? What does that mean? Thanks in advance.

It's never too late to be what you might have been....

Try one pulse. My guess is that this is an offset for late model ign systems that have more than one pulse per cyl firing event.

I used swerve around my halucinations, now I drive right thru them.

I did this same thing on my s10. I wasnt sure about the 1 or 2 pulse thing so after i hooked it up the tach only read like 2200 rpm when i was giving it some gas at an idle i figured thats not right and clipped the little green wire and it then read lile 4500rpm soit you think the tachs reading wrong clip the wire. also if you bought the v8 tach you can send it back to autometer and they will send you one for your engine size.
