I thought you guys might like to see the new video of the TROPHYLITE chassis tubes being laser cut. We just got done with all of the 3D CAD work and have the first chasiss being laser cut and CNC bent. Tim Carroll is doing the cutting work for us. Check out the video....

Isnt technology wonderful I take it after the first cut that was either a p/n or the TL symbol being etched into the tube?

any clips of the bending process , seen laser coped parts before , the laser may be marking for bend plain and tangent start , we bent some tube that was done in a similiar fashion
