Trx 250r Ball Joints

I remember a while back some people were using the tie rod ends from a truck or something for their aftermarket A-arms. I am tired of the stock Honda ball joints pulling throogh. Does anyone remember what the part number or make/year/model for those tie rod ends were?

I dont know, but ive seen people install 5/8" heims in aftermarket arms to replace ball joints.

Thanks for the reply, I was considering heims on my arms. It will take some modifying to do the A-Arms. I am doing the tie rod ends right now and test them to see how they hold up. The should work alot better than stock honda tie rod ends. The spindles would be tough to adapt but I think it can be done with the stock 250R spindles and not having to swap them out for the 400EX spindles. If anyone has any info on this please let me know? Thanks

The ball joints on your aftermarket a arms are threaded 5/8" right? IF so, the heims will thread in to the arms. Then just drill straight holes through the spindles and your in like flynn!
