TT Spring Rates

What are people running these days? I know people used to run stiffer rates, when the cars were under-shocked. But now with the monster shocks, I assume you can soften things up.

Shocks and springs are 2 different things. The spring rate does not change because you have a bigger shock. The smithshock was the only shock i knew that helped with ride height.

softest you can get away with with out dramatic mis handling characteristics is my guess, probably depends more on the race.

tho that being said competitive TT's are not really supposed to be soft. if its fast its probably going to ride like poop.
