On Topic Vegas to Reno vintage class

Looking at this race, it has a vintage class but i could not find any info as to class requirements and rules. Anyone know anything,
I think its 4400? Also is the 8100 sportsman just like most 1450/1400 sportsman class's or is it basically open to anything tune frames old 6100's ect. Thanks all. Just curious

PM Retro francis on this board. He has the rules set up. Vintage is 4500 and 4550 for Vintage open which is what I race in. 8100 is sportsman catch all class buggy and truck.
