Edited his responses.
1. After market cage out of dom or 4130 1.5" min dia. With .095 wall.
And metal roof (.063 alum)
2. Race seat
3. 5 point harness
4. Exhaust, clutch work, fuel programer...
5. Blue or amber Chase lights I don't remember off hand but go to www.rearlightbar.com and get both on one bar. Neither at the Regionals.
6. Aftermarket doors (.063 alum with x-brace on drivers side)
7. Lots of awesome "Ballistic Off Road Racing" stickers (pm me and I can hook you up)
8. Maybe a fuel cell (stock tank in stock location is legal)
9. Full skid plate if you don't have one
10. Shocks revalved for short course racing....
I would contact Weller Racing and they can get you set up

I can email you the book if you send me your email addressHey shocker...
You wouldn't have a link to the rules page you could share, would you? I've emailed TORC several times, and had zero response.
I'm interested in trying to put one together, and run a few events next year.
