Hey guys,

I new here and have found some very useful information on this site. I drive a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 4x4 with the duramax. I go to the desert quite a bit and want to i guess go faster in the truck. Im not sure if i should go with a KORE type set up with a solid axle or tear out the IFS and start over.

I want to do something like this to my truck

Thanks in advance,

Well i hope your not saying you want your badazz Chevy to look like a Dodge!:D There are a few companys out there making LT kits for these things, Blitzkrieg being the one i have looked at the most

Here are some pics of my 03 dirtymax to give you some different ideas, right now it just has a Rancho 4 inch with 37 inch tires and Bushwacker fender flares

Thanks Swift,

I love the Blitzkrieg stuff but last time i talked to them the didn't make anything for my truck. Ill have to call them again.

I dont want it look like the dodge i just want it to perform like that one does in the desert. I dont know if a SAS with a trussed axle would be the best or if i should just beef up the stock front end.

Thanks

The Red Dodge that you are talking about has TT suspension in the front, I can almost guarantee that is way out of your budget. Unless you really want to drop that kind of coin I would look into a different setup.
