The powerline holes are double the depth they were in that video, If I recall, SCORE wont run on the powerline road any longer, hugs the mountain
I know one truck team that is taking a CL11 to the Mint and not racing their truck
Not true. SCORE runs the Power lines and the side of the mountain. Just not year after year. They have to change it up. Can’t have the same old stuff year after year.

I believe the change from the old route was more a safety issue with too many folks plus access to EDR was reduced.

I guess you all have not raced lately or been to this years SF250. They ran out of the El Dorado Ranch and right down those Powerlines towards town and at the dump turned right out to the desert.

Only because of Covid. Don't get too proud. San Felipe will return to the Arches when the scandemic is over. Haven't missed a 250 since about 2003.
