The Business that he is in, that card does makes a huge difference. I dont know who the d-bag is but I assume he is some kind of speaker motivational type or sales or how to sell....

I have designed hundreds of Business cards, and I upsell my customers on many of the things he included on his. My customers love the end product and they report back to me that they receive unbelievable feedback from their clientele.
For some reason I collect business cards and have several 3 ring binders full & completely organized.

2) This card can't even fit in your pocket or wallet so I say USELESS!!!!!
3) $4 EACH?? Why not hand out a mini cd card. This way you can actually do something with it!
