I forgot to write this last night.

I live on the Lumber company property and just about every evening me and the dog go out to the pond so he can go nuts. He’s to the point where when he hears drag coming from the reel he runs over to me because he’s fascinated by the fish coming out of the water. He wants to chew them to pieces but he’s a good dog these days.

Last Thursday I had to have Dakota put down. At 3 1/2 years old. She got sick in October, diagnosed with lymphoma in January. Hadn't eaten, wouldn't take her meds, finally stopped drinking water too. She had tumors and was unable to breath. Just a sad day. But, I'm adopting 2 more huskies soon. I want another female puppy, as well as an adult male; making it a legit pack of 4 huskies up here at the Compound.
