2021 LEGACY Battleground Qualifying Photos and Results

Primm Nevada is the setting for the First annual LEGACY VT Construction Battleground race. The 3rd race in the LEGACY Racing Series. Just off the 15 freeway behind the Buffalo Bills hotel, the qualifying course was set. Unlimited Trucks and 6100/6200 were set to take on the course in hopes of landing them a top spot for race day Saturday.

First up were the 6100 trucks followed by the 6200’s. Travis Williams in the 6177 set a blistering pace beating all the trucks with a time of 2:22:539. But it was Conner McMullen in the 6200 car that took top spot in the heat with a time of 2:21:494.

Next up were the Unlimited Trucks and Buggies. Eric Hustead in truck 38 went out and set fastest lap with a time of 2:16:876 and will start first leading the pack on Saturdays race.

Tech and Contingency will be going down tomorrow in the parking lot behind Buffalo Bills as we get ready for two days of action packed door to door racing here in Prime Nevada.

Conor gained 5 minutes on the field over the course of the heat today! Most everyone got progressively slower through the 8 laps; He got progressively faster.

I'm itching to see Justin Davis, Joe David, James Dean, Conor McMullin, and Broc Heger all at the same race....maybe in a heat by themselves or even a 3 race series. 1 race up to 17 miles, 1 race 250 miles, and 1 race 400 miles.

Did anyone get a video of Bowers sending off that second jump?
Tuba got a better clip of it and it was in the drivers meeting video.
