Hart and Huntington Off Road Is Charged Up With EnerSys®, Miller Welders and Torchmate
The aftermath of Lucas Oil Off Road Rounds1&2 left the Premiere Motorsports Group with quite a bit of cleaning up to do. The crew went to work, laid down the metal and cut the steel. After much undertaking and 4 weeks later, many objectives have been achieved with many more ahead. Hart and Huntington Off Road is charged up and ready to go racing.
We got new tools in the shed, a new transporter out back and PMG has increased their capabilities with in-house wide format printing and custom graphic design services. Beyond that, PMG has produced a variety of engineered projects through finely crafted metal fabrication. Carl Renezeder, Chad Reed and J-star Motors are just a few of the clients. Key to those jobs, stand Torchmate CNC Cutting Tables. Torchmate has aligned with Premiere Motorsports Group to be an authorized dealer, support the race program and also feature a 2’x2’ table at the Hart and Huntington Booth during the races.
EnerSys®, manufacturers of ODYSSEY® Batteries have stepped in and are now supplying the PMG stable with power. “The Odyssey Extreme Racing Battery is contained with the non-spillage design and is ideal for our Pro-2 and Pro-4 applications,” explained Scot Demmer, PMG Team Manager. “They have power supplies for everything including our transporters and tow rigs to the small compact PC625 unit they offer which is perfect for the UTV Pit vehicles, Trophy Karts and jet skies.
“Partnering with Hart and Huntington Off Road is a great opportunity for us to place the ODYSSEY® battery under the extreme conditions of off-road racing and showing its strength under unbelievable stress and harsh impacts,” said Dave McMullen, director of marketing for EnerSys®. “We are pleased to sponsor Hart and Huntington Off Road and look forward to an exciting season.”
Miller Welding Equipment has also fused a partnership with Premiere Motorsports Group. “The Dynasty 200 complete with a dolly cart is perfect for the field and in the pits while the Syncrowave 250 DX-Tig Machine has been extremely beneficial these last couple of weeks.” Demmer continues, “Our mechanics and fabricators have devoted over 600 hours of intensive labor into the Pro-2 and Pro-4 alone. Danny Ebberts, Steve Drew and Blake Wilkey have built new suspension components, new spindles, new custom exhaust system a new back half section; the list goes on and on. This expanded arsenal of tools gives PMG more fire power no matter the job, no matter the complications.”
