The R2 package offers a series of performance upgrades including powertrain enhancements to the 1.6-liter Ti-VCT four-cylinder engine to deliver 168 horsepower and 134 lb.-ft. of torque.
Other upgrades include:
· Five-speed Sadev sequential gearbox with flat shift gear cut

· Ventilated disc brakes with AP four-piston competition calipers
Team O’Neil Rally School in New Hampshire is official reseller for the Fiesta R2 rally. Team O’Neil also offers Ford Racing Fiesta Rally Experience, the only rally experience offered by a manufacturer in North America, and that provides aspiring rally drivers with the opportunity to learn how to drive on a rally course in a Fiesta.
“The R2 kit provides a fantastic performance and dynamic upgrade for the already strong and light Fiesta platform, transforming it into an instantly competitive and durable rally car,” said Tim O’Neil, founder and president. “We’re really excited to be able to offer this to North American rally drivers.”
The Fiesta Sport Trophy championship will be supported by a contingency fund for competitors.
