Jeff “Ox” Kargola Debuts the General Grabber in His First Off-Road Racing Truck at the 2010 LOORRS

FORT MILL, SC – (August 3, 2010) – Freestyle MX rider and MX Baja racer Jeff “Ox” Kargola, in his first foray into off-road competition, will debut the new General Tire Grabber street tire in the Superlite Class during the upcoming Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series (LOORRS) weekend at Glen Helen August 7th and 8th. Born from the Baja, tamed for the streets, the General Grabber is the ultimate contender for the intense action of short-course racing.

While new to off-road racing trucks, Ox is no stranger to racing – or to winning. Ox placed second at the 2010 Baja 500 in Class 22, took first place at the 2010 San Felipe 250 in Class 22, was a silver medalist at the Winter X Games for “Best Trick,” was a WFA Big Air Points Champ and was the first person to complete a “Superman Seat-Grab Back Flip.” And that’s just recently – Ox has been chalking up extreme wins and titles since 2001.

The race-winning Grabber Competition tire proved to be a champion of the desert, so General brought this advanced technology to every-day use with its new extreme-traction tire for the street and for off-road, the General Grabber. Ox plans to add the 2010 LOORRS events to his list of impressive victories with this cutting-edge tire, tuned for ultra-high performance.
