Starting order is now all set for the Unlimited Class and 6100’s for the 2019 BITD Parker 425. The iconic race is just a few days away and now drivers can start making a plan to see how they will attack the race.
In the Trick Truck class Juston Lofton put his FOX Shocks truck on the top spot but only by .007 seconds quicker then Brett Sourapas. If you look at their miles per hour average Lofton averaged 68.560 mph and Sourapas 68.559 mph. Over the course of the 7 mile lap that has to come down to inches. Only a half a second separated the top four overall with CJ Hutchins .309 seconds behind Lofton and Christian Sourapas .508 seconds from the leader. If you look at the top 10 only 2 mph average separated them all.
In Class 6100 RJ Anderson laid the smack down grabbing the number one spot by over 3 seconds on Troy Messer, and 10 seconds over third fastest Rafael Navarro. Rounding out the top five were Steve Croll and Justin Peck.
With rain in the forecast it could make starting position not quite as important since there won’t be any dust to contend with, but throw in wet, cold and muddy conditions it could make for an interesting race.
