10/21/14 El Cajon, CA– BRYAN OSBORN made some suspension upgrades to the #854 during practice trying to get the car to handle how it should. Osborn then went out for qualifying and the #854 was working close to how it should but Osborn wanted to try something else; he made a huge change in the compression by tightening it all the way. Unfortunately, this change caused the shocks to hydro lock on hard hits and Osborn had to pull off halfway through the race to protect him and the #854 from any major damage. “I had a blast racing the #854 again in the Regionals; it was so good to see everyone. I can’t thank my sponsors enough for everything they have done for me this year and I can’t wait for next season”, Bryan said. You can follow Bryan on Facebook at and on Instagram at bryanosborn54.

CODY RAHDERS went into Round 7 of the Lucas Oil Regional Series with a 1 point lead in the Production 1000 class and a 2 point lead in the Stock XP 900 class. Starting with qualifying Cody, driving his Cognito Motorsports/Polaris RZR’s went out and set the pole in both classes then moved onto the main events. He came away from the days racing as the 2014 Champion in both classes. In Production 1000 Cody was faced with a must win situation in order to clinch the Production 1000 title and win he did! In the Stock XP Class after a restart Cody opened up a 15 car lead but half way through the last lap the temperature spiked and the engine went into limp mode. It took 5 seconds for the condition to clear but the damage was done and he completed the race in fourth.

Cody Rahders and R3motorsports would like to thank our sponsors for their support; Justin Lambert and Cognito Motorsports, Polaris, Superchips, Fox Shocks, ITP Tires, Method Race Wheels, Muzzy, GMZ Race Products, Black Rhino RacerX Motorsports, Joey and the, K&N Filters, Sparks Racing, Lucas Oil, Crower, Twisted Stitch Seats, Praxair, Reno Sign & Design, Joe Moore at Fox, TSW Electric, spotter Nick Novak, mechanics Jon Kelly and Kevin Sullivan, Gina Snow, Dave Stall for my radio time, and my mom and dad.

KENNY FROST’S race day could have gone much better for sure. It started when he forgot to put his transponder on for qualifying so he ended up starting 11th out of 18 cars. Not so good but thanks to the Lucas scoring people for getting a hand time on him. Frost got a pretty good start; thanks to his spotter and son Curtis for quick calls on all the restarts he was in 5th on 2nd lap. He worked his way up to 4th and on the next lap in turn 2 he spun collecting the #808 ruining both of their days. Frost had trouble getting restarted when the corner official started pushing him so he bump started it and fired off! “I owe the official a case of beer for roosting him” Frost said. He was able to work his way up to 7th at the finish.”

Frost continued, “I can’t wait for next year, thanks to: Black Rhino, RacerX, Ami property mgt., GMZ Race Products (new tires were great), Cryo Heat Metal Treatment, Fox Shocks, Rigid Led Lights, Weller Racing, Papaian Ent., Racer Services and my son Curtis for great spotting! Thank you all very much!”
